Beyond the editor, Cloud Clipboard has a few controls that are easy to overlook.
Reading preferences
In the header (not the sidebar):
- Font — System, Browser, Atkinson, OpenDyslexic, or Mono
- Size — Default through Largest (scales the whole page)
- Line height — Default, Loose, or Looser
On desktop these are three separate controls; on mobile they collapse into one entry. Preferences are stored only on this device (localStorage) and apply to the entire page, including the sidebar and dialogs.
Notifications
The notification panel is separate from the right sidebar.
- New notifications open the panel automatically.
- Header Collapse hides the panel but keeps the items.
- Reopen from sidebar Open notifications, or pull down on the editor (past a threshold) when there are unread items. Pull down again to collapse. Pull-up does not collapse.
- On phone and tablet, swipe left on a dismissible item to delete it.
- Dialog-style notifications need Confirm / Cancel and cannot be swiped away.
Language and usage
Open the right sidebar:
- Language — English, Chinese, and six other locales. Choice persists in
localStorage(cpcb_locale). - Usage — storage and image counts; when signed in, also last update and retention period.
- Account — sign in, register, forgot password, sign out, delete account (see Accounts).
The thin right-edge rail toggles the sidebar; while the sidebar is open, most header editing controls are disabled so you do not paste into the editor by mistake.
